Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all admission/application fee payments made to Asha Pharmacy College through our website's online payment gateway. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Admission/Application Fee Payments

The admission/application fee collected through this website is charged for the purpose of processing your application for admission to a programme at Asha Pharmacy College (B.Pharma or D.Pharma).

2. No Cancellation of Submitted Payments

Once a payment has been successfully processed by our payment gateway, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed by Asha Pharmacy College. Applicants are advised to verify all details — including the programme selected and the amount payable — carefully before completing payment.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event that a payment is deducted from your account but is not reflected as a successful transaction on our system (for example, due to a technical or gateway error), or where a duplicate payment is made for the same application in error, please contact us with your transaction reference details. Such cases will be reviewed individually:

• Genuinely failed transactions where the amount was debited but no application was recorded will be investigated with our payment gateway partner and, where confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
• Confirmed duplicate payments for the same application may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount only, after verification.
• Refunds under this clause, where approved, are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. How to Raise a Refund-Related Query

If you believe you have a valid case under Section 3 above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full name and mobile number used during application
• Transaction ID / payment reference number
• Date and amount of the transaction
• A brief description of the issue

5. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and will apply to payments made after the date of revision.

6. Governing Law
